    West broadway public housing development is constantly having power outages. The power has been out since just before 1 pm today and it’s now 7:41 and it’s still not back up. This happened every summer. They do not reimburse for spoiled food or if we have to order out. There is someone across from me with an oxygen tank. They do not care about us and it’s appalling.

    The Yard Waste was not picked up today. It was out on time and with the orange sticker marking the barrel. It is after 6:00 pm anf doesnt look like they will be coming today. I am on a dead end street and this happens often.
