Green St & Woolsey SqPortable restroom issue at Johnson playground in Jamaica Plain (green st. Stop) The accessible portable restroom is incredibly unstable and wobbles a lot when entering or exiting. Seems like it might be dangerous for people with mobility issues.

Hi there, I would like to report a hazardous U-turn on Mishawum St & Rutherford Ave (Boston, MA 02129). I was taking a turn last night and it was so sudden with no signs and lights that I ended up hitting the curb and damaging my vehicle. If it’s possible to please consider adding some signs and traffic light, that would be so much safer for people to use. Thanks for your consideration.
