234 Bowen St, South Boston, Ma, 02127Unsecured and damaged trash barrels leading to significantly increased rat population in the area of 78 F St/234 Bowen St in South Boston. Barrels and lids have holes chewed thru them, while others do not have fitted lids. Could this please be addressed as a means of better controlling the rat population in this area? It is worse than I’ve experienced ever before here. Our driveway is littered with rat turd.
