Cotting St & Lomasney WayI called in a report about tractor trailers idling, one was in the middle lane of Lomasney Way at 12:40 AM. All three are now off the street. Trucks that arrived after them went inside the Garden before them. The drivers could of stayed at their layover spots and benefited from another hour of sleep and we would all breathe cleaner air and avoided 3 hours of idling engines
