    Rats at 26 dickens st. Trash cans broken and overflowing trash in yard I’ve seen at least ten rats over the past 2 days. This landlord is a slum lord and. Very rarely comes to property and has already gotten 1 ticket but no improvements have been made. They are coming into our yard after they have eaten. We had to buy rat traps.
