    The Boston Housing Authority did not properly plow the snow at the Mildred Hailey complex. They ran the bobcat partially through the snow but buried the outside apartments while leaving the people inside the newer buildings without a path to even shovel out to. The best thing about the whole thing is that they made sure to plow near the construction site so that they could even get their cars in the area.
