    This the rear door to 1539 Blue Hill Ave. The rear of the building is on Rexford St. The people that occupy this building use this corner of the building along the sidewalk as their urinal DAILY. The smell is horrendous…. These people use this building EVERY NIGHT to host their illegal gambling. They don’t care about the neighbors who ACTUALLY LIVE ON THE STREET. They constantly leave the street littered with trash, and there is a rat problem because of this building. It’s absolutely filthy….
