    My trash was not picked up this morning, and I put it out in the spot I’m supposed to use (Public Alley 429, behind 337 Commonwealth) before pickup (the whole alley was still full of garbage bags). Our building does not have a dumpster, so I have nowhere to put it. I don’t want to get a ticket, since this truly wasn’t my fault.
