Dumpsters are dragged across the yard, leaving piles of mud on the sidewalk for months on end. A construction fence may be needed?

25 ft. long aluminum pole, someone left behind stuck in the decoration overhanging netting at 62 Boylston Street. A man a couple days ago was trying to get his drone unstuck from the netting. ** This could be an electrical hazard. Workers will need a lift to get 25 ft up in the air in the middle of the street to untangle it, not to mention cut power to the star lights.
