Improper Trash Storage

2016 Commonwealth Ave, the big garage bin is right next to my apartment window. It is not at least 7 feet away. In addition, there is no recycling bin for the 2 buildings, all trash are put into this red bin, so there are always more trash outside it. There are mouses in the building. Please check it out.
