    A tenant at 520 E Broadway, Southie moved out and left his couch on the sidewalk, to the point that a wheelchair could not get by. Also, earlier in the day his moving truck (which I’m told is coming back) was blocking a fire hydrant. He is moving to 258 W 3rd St. please help
