Pest Infestation - Residential
Unable to take a picture since it's dark and conflict lasts 5 seconds, but it sounds like a vicious rodent territorial dispute or a reenactment of mouse Gladiator. Have spotted one of the combatants once, it was Large and possibly In Charge. This happens nightly around 9-9:30 pm.

Sweet Jesus this man is out here again at 9:15pm blow drying his damn car!!! This is so annoying to listen to all day and night! Please someone talk to him about noise ordinances. OCD is definitely a mental illness so I’m empathetic but I don’t want to keep listening to him do this everyday. And I don’t need to file a police report like you keep telling me to- 311 is for non emergency constituent reports. So that’s exactly what I’m doing - reporting a noise violation to the city. I don’t need police I need city hall to handle this.
