1102-1108 Washington St, BostonIllegal overnight commercial dumpster servicing is occurring at 3:50 a.m. at this location EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. A private commercial trash truck belonging to Casella Waste Systems is emptying dumpsters at this hour, creating a severe and disruptive noise violation for the surrounding residential neighborhood. THE DRIVER IF RHE TRUCK IS INTENTIONALLY LOUD AS HE TURNS OFF ALL SIGNAL NOISES IF HE SEES SOMEONE TAKING PICTURES AND VIDEOS. Its unbearable. This is a direct violation of City of Boston PWD Dumpster Regulation 1.4.5, which strictly prohibits dumpster transport, emptying, or servicing between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please issue a code enforcement warning/fine to the carrier and property owner. I am requesting that the City properly investigate this matter and issue the appropriate warning or enforcement action regarding the repeated early-morning commercial trash collection and excessive noise. If the City fails to take appropriate action despite repeated notice of this disturbance, I intend to escalate the matter and file a formal complaint regarding the City’s failure to enforce the applicable noise regulations. I am particularly concerned about whether residents in this neighborhood are receiving the same level of enforcement and protection that residents in more affluent Boston neighborhoods would receive. The fact that this is a less affluent neighborhood should not result in residents being expected to tolerate repeated disruptive activity during nighttime and early-morning hours. Please document this complaint, investigate the applicable noise and commercial waste requirements, and advise me in writing what enforcement action will be taken.

1102-1108 Washington St, BostonNew Ming trash pick up comes and at 5:30 everyday and makes intentional noise. The moment the driver sees residents taking videos and pictures he turns off the “signal back up” sound; additionally dumps the trash intentionally hard. If this were an affluent neighborhood all these issues would have been solved already. Shame on the mayoral office for their lack of action
