    Subject: Urgent Health Hazard Complaint – Unsanitary Conditions at Crunch Fitness Allston I am reporting a serious public health and sanitation issue at Crunch Fitness located at 15 Gorham St, Allston, MA. The restroom facilities at this location are in extremely unsanitary condition. The toilets are not functioning properly, there is urine spread across the floors, and there appears to be waste/sewage backing up. This creates a hazardous environment for members and staff and poses a significant health risk. These conditions are unacceptable for a public facility and appear to be in violation of basic sanitation and health codes. Immediate inspection and corrective action are necessary. I request that the appropriate department investigate this matter as soon as possible and take necessary enforcement action. Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent issue.
