    Human waste in orange barrier outside of 101 Hudson Street Boston. Orange barrier is being used as a repetitive toilet for homes less. It’s leaks out of the bottom all over the side walk. Repeat problem. The smell is awful and pungent especially now in the heat. Please remove, sanitize and address. This is a health hazard.
