  • Pest Infestation - Residential

43 Grove St, Boston, Ma, 02114

Hi. I live at 43 Grove St Apt. 3 in Boston, MA. I have had a mice infestation for 2 months. My landlord has provided inadequate treatment and refuses to bring in a professional pest control company. The pest control guy he brings in is a retired exterminator that does not work for a company. The only action he has made is set traps and set out poison - no sealing of entry points has been done and no treatment plan has been shared. We would like a health inspection scheduled for 1. The mice infestation 2. Fire hazard with kitchen appliances and 3. No ventilation or window in bathroom. Phone number is 781-264-7887

  • Poor Conditions of Property

246 Norwell St, Dorchester, Ma, 02124

I am filing another complaint about ongoing trash violations at the property next to mine. The building has multiple units, around six, and the trash setup is not being managed correctly. The residents keep all their trash and recycling bins lined up against my fence. Several bins are overflowing. One recycling bin is upside down and not being used at all. The rest sit out in the open at all times. The residents have to resorted to throwing trash on the ground. This is obviously attracting rats…
