    South Boston - 1st Dog Park ... even though there is a 3 dog per person limit, there is a dog walker who brings 8-10 dogs every day around 1 pm. She lets the dogs run wild and has no control over them. She neglects to scoop their poop since she cannot possibly keep an eye on this many dogs. Can something be done about this?
