123 Saint Andrew Rd, Boston123 St. Andrew rd was told by city Numerous times to get rid of trash in driveway & sides of house almost a year now has not cleaned it up now rats are nesting!!! Thanks a lot City of Boston .. make this landlord follow the rules like the rest of us!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!
