Cones being used to illegally save spots on a public street. The people using the cones come out and scream at and threaten you if you try to move them. It’s unfair to the residents who live in the area, and scary to be verbally threatened by grown men.

I am writing to report a dangerous sidewalk condition near 254 Corey Street in West Roxbury that needs repair. The sidewalk in this area has become a significant tripping and fall hazard. There is a large dirt square where a tree appears to have been removed, leaving an uneven opening directly in the sidewalk path. In addition, the surrounding sidewalk is cracked and uneven, and the sidewalk edge near the driveway does not properly line up with the adjoining concrete. The entire area has become hazardous for pedestrians. This condition has existed for years and has continued to worsen over time. I personally have twisted my ankle at least twice in this area and have almost fallen multiple other times because of the uneven surface and height differences. This is especially dangerous for elderly individuals, children, and anyone walking at night or during poor weather conditions. I am requesting that the City inspect this area and repair the sidewalk as soon as possible before someone suffers a serious injury. Thank you for your attention to this matter. This vehicle has been parked like this for a couple of days corner of Main & Henley in Charlestown. Shocked still no ticket. Please tix.
