    Large oil or gasoline spill on sidewalk of Truman Highway that wasn’t cleaned up correctly or at all. Smells horrible, is extremely visible, and who knows what additional damage has been done to the surrounding properties. Outside of the house perched up on the hill with the retaining wall and the white fence between Tyler and Faraday.
