I'm reporting an Illegal underground nail salon and licensed fraud,and involved obstruction location: Morpho Beauty Esthetic, 140 B South St, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 VIOLATION DETAILS: The owner of Morpho Beauty Esthetic, Yhariela Perez Campos is illegally subletting the property's basement to an unlicensed, unzoned commercial nail salon operating under the name "roomsbymaria". The underground salon is run by María José Nieto, who is a close personal friend of the property owner, this is their instagram @nailsroombymaria and have included a screenshot that shows how both the owner and Morpho follow her. She is actively committing identity and credential fraud by fraudulently using a friend's professional state license to trick clients and pass off her work as legitimate.This basement establishment operates entirely in untracked cash which she lists as cash only in her Instagram, lacks required municipal health permits, handles toxic cosmetic chemicals without mandatory or proper ventilation, and lacks designated fire exits, creating a severe public safety hazard.To hide this illegal operation from city authorities, the operators and business management actively obstruct inspections. They routinely lie to inspectors, claiming they 'do not have the keys' to the basement door. This is a coordinated lie to block entry; they possess the keys but refuse to unlock the door to shield the business as they get paid to rent to her. I also included a recent screenshot of one of her post that show she is still operating in that basement as that is her room.Please conduct an unannounced physical code inspection as the room has a exit door to the whole building hallway that allows her to escape and as been used multiple times. The owner does alert Maria whenever an inspection is happening so she can avoid authorities as she finacially profits from it.
