    Construction at 783 Dorchester Ave. they have 3 pickup trucks parked across the street in resident parking and put orange cones out from 796 to Locust St. no permits posted and they have a parking lot along side of house.

    People pumping water out into the streets from their basements . It was freezing last night and the water turned to ice I fell very hard and hurt my hip and shoulder and am very sore this morning I went back out and took pictures this morning as this is not a good way to start my day off limping and sore
