Intersection Of Victory Rd And Interstate 93 N, Dorchester, MaSame shitty people ruining our park experience every spring. This gentleman releases his dog, unattended into the park and has caused more than few incidents. He just sits in his car smoking weed and lets the German shepherd run unattended through both the parking lot and across the bridge through th park itself. This is very dangerous for both the dog and other visitors in the park. DCR and the state police need to cite this guy for public smoking, probably OUI and take his dog away from him. I like letting my dog swim at the park here, but I'd rather my dog lose access to the park than deal with these types of problems with the German shepherd and its owner. DCR should be especially cognizant of these types of problems after the recent high profile problems in the news at Blue Hills.
