    Street blockage-on the Farragut side of E 5th road is closed because of Electrical project. Large trench in road you cannot drive over. Construction project at 840-842 constantly blocking access to the street. Did so today for 30 minutes so no one on the street could get out and no emergency vehicles could get in. Asked nicely twice if they could please move. Ignored and the third time I wasn’t so nice and the guy called me Karen. These guys on this job break every parking restriction every day without consequence but today they went too far. Something needs to be done
