Mr Eng- MBTA - Urgent: Please remove two unauthorized Red Cross donation bins located on MBTA property at Back Bay Station (Clarendon Street). These bins pose serious safety and operational hazards: Attract loitering, drug use, and theft (police have been called repeatedly). Service trucks block the Route 39 bus loop and station access. Continuous metal door slamming creates a late-night noise nuisance. The bins violate Boston Municipal Code §9-9.8 and fire/safety regulations due to obstruction and damage. Immediate removal is requested to restore safety and compliance.
