  • Pothole

1161 Boylston St, Boston, Ma, 02215

I got a flat tire by a pot hole on Boylston street I already called and let 311 know to fill it. However, they mentioned I could report it and file a claim. I’m stuck right now and the pothole is a little back in the road. The police pulled over and waited for the tow truck with me. He also gave me the heads up to file my claim .

24 floors of garbage chute rooms that are like this constantly. I've been here 8 years and in the past have tried to keep it clean myself because when it's like this we get rats and mice in the apartments. But I've recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which means I pretty much have pneumonia all the time. I just can't do it anymore. There's no orientation for new tenants, sometimes notices go out but only in English they need to be at least Spanish English bilingual. I've complained to the office and they just don't really care. There's no trash man or anything just a mantnience man who mops the halls a few times a week. It's not his job to put everyone's garbage down a chute. It's also the residents responsibility to use bags small enough or only fill bags far enough that they will fit down the chute. If it's furniture or something that needs to be physically brought down the resident is supposed to setup a time with mantnience and they will remove it using the elevators. The problem is management doesn't tell new tenants any of this. And management changes so much. It's just a big problem. I'm on the 13th floor. Every floor is just like this tho. That garbage has been there for weeks. It's just going to get worse. Noone from the office downstairs ever leaves the office to even look around the building that's a huge problem....It always leads to me emptying everything which I'm just too sick to do anymore. Or if left quickly leads maggots flies roaches, rats. Please help.
