    Dear sir or madam, I am writing to report that both the front and back sidewalks at my property at 17-19 City view Rd, Brookline are severely broken and in need of repair. I reported this issue last winter, but unfortunately, no action has been taken so far. Could you please send someone to inspect the sidewalks and schedule the necessary repairs?
