Description: There is increasing rodent activity in this alley. Some neighbors are filling up trash bins that are not assigned to them, leaving other residents without space for their own waste. As a result, bins are overflowing and attracting rats. Rodents are getting close to the building structures, and this is becoming a health and safety concern. Requesting inspection, rodent control measures, and notification to property owners/management regarding proper waste disposal and bin usage. Alley runs behind the listed addresses and includes the shared trash area.
