    Hello i live at 245 west 5th street. For some reason our garbage was not collected this morning. Our recycling however was. Our trash was put out Thursday night and was pulled all the way to curb. I can see that our neighbors was collected so I think the garbage was just missed. Our bins are two black cans with labels on them. Can these be collected? They are already full.
