207-209 E Street construction crew has City Of Boston no stopping signs up with no permit number, no official information and traffic cones blocking at least 4 parking spots. There is no curb cut where they have the gate. There is an actual curb cut and driveway available to them there is no need to remove parking spaces illegally.
