    City of Boston owned compost bin lock broken. I just submitted this last week and it was closed as “private property”. It’s an official city of Boston bin on the public sidewalk. Please stop just trying to close tickets by finding an excuse. It even says City of Boston right on the bin and it’s on the list of bins on the city website.
