I reported 478 Saratoga st because they violate code putting their trash barrels my ally fire exiting the trash belongs to 478 Saratoga st don’t understand why they gave me ticket when I am one complained lots of times about this house not listening to me complaining to the owner about is going on for months but please can you explained my house is not who is putting barrels on alley wrongly gave fine my barrels are mark with my house number they are in my back yard that belong to 478 you can all my barrels on my back yard

Restaurant health and safety complaint: I visited El Jefe’s this around 10pm on Sunday, 22. I am concerned the restaurant is not operating up to code. An employee cleared their throat/coughed, without covering her cough, over a food prep area. She did not properly clean or sanitize the area or wash her hands, and she continued preparing food. Two parts of my meal were overcooked and inedible. First, the nutella empanada crumbled when I picked it up, and the nutella inside was hard. Nutella is supposed to be almost a peanut butter-like consistency at room temperature. Also, my plantains were much more difficult to chew than normal. When I recieved my food, it was only a little warm. I would expect food to arrive warm enough to melt cheese, but the cheese on my tacos never melted. I am concerned food is not being stored at safe temperatures, or being kept out for too long.
