44-46 Soldiers Field Pl, Boston, MA 02135Bruce Irving's Dogs are dropping balls above my unit while I am trying to sleep at 11:46pm causing a noise nuisance. This is after quiet hours. I am not a tenant that is not used to a neighboring tenant so please do not close my case based on what the Regional Manager of Princeton Properties Shannon Earley told you. I am fully aware of the difference between regular apartment noise and what has been transpiring above my unit. This tenant has been actively harrassing me with the noise all while knowing I have been complaining for months. The dogs are actively doing this every night when it is time for me to sleep. Please make note if this since she has already tried to deframe my character making up lies while we are in Active litigation in housing court but if court she told that already.
