    28 Mount Pleasant Ave, Roxbury, Ma, 02119

    Inside of room #205 of the Caritas building, there was a rodent sighting coming from the heater. This is a new request as the property maintence guys have not fixed the issues of rodents chewing at the floor carpet and coming up from under the heater. This is a distressing serious problem that Caritas property management has not address. There staff have been coming in and out doing "half ass jobs" and not fixing the serious problem.
