    Good afternoon, Boston 311 and hope you're having a good day. There are two vehicles parked in the "Commercial Vehicles Only" spaces an 13th Street - across from 95 13th Street (between First Avenue and the Charlestown Marina) here in Charlestown. This is also known as 34 Shipway Place. While both have commercial plates, the Ford F-150 pick-up truck (Lic #C950) has been parked there since yesterday afternoon and the Suburu hatchback has been there since 8:00 AM this morning. There is a 30 minute limit on these spaces. These are residents who believe they can take up parking spaces designated for Fed Ex, USPS, UPs, and others - and use as their own personal parking spaces.
