Encampments

There is ongoing loitering and encampment occurring outside of my apartment and on my street at 231 Northampton Street in the South End. Needles are constantly found on the ground and remnants of clothing and trash left behind. Often times we cannot leave the house without running into them on the stairs and they are consistently making noise outside through the night.
