Cars blocking street cleaning. Four of them

I own a unit at 90 Bennington Street. We recently addressed rodent activity within our buildings basement and, as part of that work, opened and repaired a wall area adjacent to the neighboring property at 92 Bennington Street. During that work, conditions observed behind the wall that appeared consistent with prior or current rodent activity, including debris that may include rodent droppings. Our pest-control provider also indicated that there may be possible access points or contributing conditions from the area of 92 Bennington Street. I am not making any determination as to the source of the issue, but I would like to request that the City inspect or contact the owner of 92 Bennington Street to evaluate whether there are any open access points, sanitation issues, basement conditions, or other rodent-harboring conditions that may need to be addressed.
