  • Dead Animal Pickup

75 Saint Alphonsus St, Mission Hill, Ma, 02120

I would like to file a complaint regarding ongoing health and sanitation concerns in my residential building at 75 Saint Alphonsus st 02120 Recently, I found an insect that appeared to be a bed bug on a gym mat in the building’s fitness center. I took photographs of the insect and am concerned that residents may be at risk of exposure. In addition, there have been persistent rumors among residents regarding multiple bed bug cases within the building. Despite these concerns, management has not provided any building-wide communication addressing the issue, and common areas continue to be used for resident events and reservations. This lack of transparency has created significant concern among residents regarding whether potential health and safety risks are being adequately addressed. There is also a strong and persistent odor in the lobby that smells like a decomposing animal. The odor has been present for an extended period and raises concerns about sanitation, maintenance, and possible pest-related issues within the property. Taken together, these issues have caused me to question whether residents are being properly informed about conditions that may affect their health and safety. I respectfully request that the City investigate the property, including potential bed bug activity, sanitation concerns, and whether appropriate measures are being taken to protect residents and maintain common areas. I am willing to provide photographs and any additional information that may assist with the investigation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
