Illegal Parking
Intersection of Victoria St and Pleasant St, Dorchester
Cars are routinely parking on Pleasant Street in Dorchester (02125) in a no parking space at the intersection of Victoria Street. It is hard enough to see the northbound traffic on Pleasant for cars turning from Victoria Street when no one is parked illegally. When someone is, it’s dangerous. The city should add road markings (like the one on Victoria in the 3rd picture) to make clear that no one can park in the no parking space and enforce it. Better yet, the city should extend the space another 10 feet so cars on Victoria can see northbound traffic.
