Domestic Animal Issue
76-78 N Margin St, Boston, MA 02113
There are people squatting at 76 North margin st unit 7. They have just got a puppy that they let roam around the building, it pees everywhere because they do not take him out. They also let him roam on the fire escape which is very dangerous. They forceably drag the dog around. They have needles in the hallway also dangerous for humans not just the dog! Attached is a picture of the dog just roaming in the hallway. I am worried for the dogs safety
