    59 India street construction. Supposedly the contractors have permits for early ours - 6am. It is after midnight and the the construction has not stopped. This has gone on for months. This is a disservice to everyone who lives in the neighborhood. We do not get a moments peace to sleep, this also impacts our work productivity as the city apparently allows them to work all through the night AND workday…at least choose one. I should not be punished because your project is behind schedule. The attached video is from after midnight in the middle of the week.
