Rodent Activity
1144 Commonwealth Ave, Allston, Ma, 02134Needs ISP visit from the Inspection Department. 1144-1148 Commonwealth Avenue are all owned by Hamilton Properties. These buildings have a major rat infestation where they planted grass and mulch around their trees. There are hundreds of burrows by the rats. The rats burrowed so much, they destabilized the building’s foundation, sidewalk and front lawn. All of this is suppose to get ripped out and repaired this spring. I don’t have faith that they’ll do a good job and actually get rid of the rat colony when they’ve already let the issue fester for so long.
