    Please clear snow from bus stop at Mass Ave T stop (definitely on the side of the fare gates/station, not sure about other side). I just watched an elderly woman nearly fall while trudging through 6? inches of ice water to get to the bus. Our cities most vulnerable take the 1 bus, they deserve and need better access to the bus. Thank you!
