    Report #101006645417. I would like to thank the PWD for the quick response in replacing the downed sign. Based on the number of reports for similar issues, the expected time to respond was one to two weeks. Repair was done in 4 days. I would also like to thank my two neighbors who also reported the downed sign three days after I submitted the initial report. Thanks to the 311 call center personnel, too.

    There are numerous rat holes around the back of 7 Breed street. In the back of the house in the yard. Accessible by going through the side and into the back of the house. The rats are coming and going and leading to rodent activity to neighboring units.
