800 River St, MattapanOngoing Mice Infestation @ Public Storage 800 River St. Hyde Park Ma. 02136 first reported 2 months ago to your agency (see case number #101006728004) and has been reported to Public Storage since February of this year. Public Storage has not done anything to cure this issue, continues to ignore the issue and is continuing to charge market rent for a contaminated unit. Public Storage’s negligence is putting the health and safety of its customers at risk. (I have way more pictures and videos than this)
