    25 Undine Road. Extensive trash pile in rear along fence in front of garage. Debris is bordering 21 Undine property, however this debris belongs to 25 Undine Road. 25 Undine is doing a renovation and not properly handling their trash.

    10 Saint George St, Boston, MA 02118

    An owner of multiple apartments at 10 Saint George Street, 02118 has done extensive work renovating multiple units and I cannot find any record of building permits via the ISD website for the address. In recent months, I've directly observed the following contruction work: - Removal of surface-mounted track lighting that's been replaced with in-ceiling recessed lighting in a building with sprinklers. - Conversion of exposed HVAC ducting to ducting behind drywall soffits. - Hardwood flooring has been brought in by crane on at least 2 separate occaisions to replace carpeted flooring with hardwood flooring in multiple apartments. - At least one electric hot water heater replacement. - At least one gas-fired furnace replacement. I believe every instance of these changes would require permits and I can find none. Please investigate. Reporting anonymously for fear of retaliation.
