Regarding the response to this ticket: What you clearly don’t understand is they do not have an active occupancy permit - they are blocking spaces off that can be used for resident parking without the right permits and have been doing this for months. You have my info and can call me to discuss but their lack of regard for rules that the rest of Boston is forced to comply with should be insulting to the 311 team. If I did this as a private citizen I would be appropriately reprimanded and fined!

On opposite side of 221 east 8th street there is grey Toyota rav 4 that has been sitting for 2 months . The owner has several vehicles that visits their apartment And they are bullying the street over the parking spots directly across from 221 east 8th s Boston ma 02127 . 1BPA30 libcence plate they are parking their car so it occupies 2 parking spots . The only time they allow 2 cars to park is when it’s their company visiting . They will not allow any s Boston resident to park in second spot by parking in between both . They are rude nasty people looking to start trouble please help us all . We desert to park if space is available not be blocked by rude people
