    Please come out and repaint the parking space lines on Winthrop St. This car with Pennsylvania plates is parked blocking the handicap space every day. He’s not even in a parking space. He’s in the lined section for a wheelchair ramp of a handicap vehicle. I talked to the Boston police officer who is here supervising construction and she advised me to contact 311 to have the spaces repainted. Thank you.
