All are on PUBLIC boardwalk and brick surfaces, between Pier 4 and Pier 5. All on and blocking public space & walkways, especially dark evenings when public space is not lit!) 7 abandoned crowd control barriers now grouped as follows: 2 together by East corner of nearby bldg, 1 in the Middle between the Piers, and 4 near the West corner of nearby building.
