Sidewalk Not Shoveled

Asked to submit report again for a sidewalk that has not be shoveled at the end of Chandler/Tremont. Not sure why!!! Still not shoveled!! Told my son I cannot take my granddaughter to her daycare. It is still not shoveled many days after the storm. Who owns this property? Animal Rescue League or the City? Someone should take responsibility as it is used by many parents to take their children to Day Care

Intersection of Chandler , Dartmouth and Columbus is impassable. I’ve seen a number of 311 requests submitted and nothing done. Mine was noted that it was being moved to the highway yard - what does that mean? Whose responsibility is clearing this area?
