    Park Street in Dorchester (between Washington Street and Dorchester Avenue) is in rough shape. Many sidewalks aren't shoveled, forcing people to walk on the street, which is covered in snow and slush. The surrounding streets (Waldeck, Alpha, etc) are in poor shape as well.
