    Daily ongoing issue at MBTA Back Bay Station. Individual has been occupying the station for extended periods, including sleeping and personal activities, for over one year. The women’s restroom, including the ADA stall, is repeatedly occupied for extended periods, affecting access for passengers who require these facilities. The commuter rail lobby is now restricted due to renovations, and the continued presence is interfering with station operations, construction activities, and the station’s intended transit use.
