Sawyer Avenue (a long one way street on Jones Hill, and the only access to another one way street, Downer Avenue) has been closed for four days after the biggest snow storm of the year and extreme cold. Eversource decided to do a generator project this week. The project has meant periodic power outages all week long, and the street is a mess with trucks and snow piles, and residents can’t access their homes. People have taken to using both streets as two-way to get home, which is a huge safety issue given that the street isn’t wide enough normally, and the snow banks are piled high and solid on both sides of the street. We need the city to put pressure on Eversource to provide information on when the work will be wrapped up, and also to clear the snow piles, which only adds to the level of chaos up here with the trucks, equipment; and inability to get anywhere. Please help! Also, Eversource never should have started a project that would involve outages on an extremely cold week. It’s reckless and irresponsible.

The stop sign at Orient and Walley in East Boston, the snow isn't fully plowed and it's dangerous. When driving towards Bennington and you hit the stop sign there is only one lane and you need to move into the left lane. I almost got hit by oncoming traffic. It's very sudden and dangerous
