    There is an abandoned vehicle in front of 92 Radcliffe Road Hyde Park that has been there for months, the car is unregistered and uninsured, with expired inspection sticker and expired plates, this car has tickets still on it from months ago, this house continuously parks broken down and unregistered cars on the street all the time, they have a driveway full of broken down cars so they've started filling up the street with cars
