I went to fix my car in Faith Auto Body 852 Blue Hill Ave Dorchester MA 02124 and had to leave because the place was so cold that I could it resist.I watched how the employees were struggling in a -6° temperature.I asked them about the heater and they said had no heat in years.The owner declined to put the heat service in the building because it cost a lot of money.That person was coughing and shaking.I don't think is fair for employees to work in poor conditions like that.If City of Boston can send someone to inspect that business and demand the owner put heat not only for customers while they wait also for the employees to have a safe place to work in this kind of weather.Thanks

The permit also states that they are not doing work in the property's basement. There is work being done in the basement. There is also no CO and people have been living in the property.
