1177 Boylston St, Boston, Ma, 02215Residence Noise and Harassment / attempt to threatening Complaint: On December 25, 2025, between approximately 2:00–3:30 AM, my roommate and I (female residents of 1179 Boylston St, Apt 31) experienced intentional harassment and threatening behaviour from the residents of Apartment 41 (four male occupants). This included repeated loud banging, heavy stomping, and disruptive activity. Three 911 complaints were filed. Police responded around 1:50 AM (1st complain) and spoke with the residents of Apartment 41. Following police intervention, the disturbance escalated, with deliberate retaliatory behavior such as forceful banging, ceiling tapping, and actions that caused noticeable shaking of walls, doors, and the entire apartment, resulting in 2 additional complaints with 911 out of fear and safety concerns. Following which, We stayed out of the apartment until 4 am and slept in the hall afterwards for safety concerns. Just a note: building management is no more attending any noise complaints and have suggested to forward all the complaints with either 911 or 311. We are adding this here at this moment as the intentional torture is still continue at this hour. Audible on our ceiling. The more we complaint the more they are harassing us.
