    I live at 107 South Street in Downtown Boston. About a week ago, I began hearing a high pitched electronic pulsing sound intermittently at all hours if the day and night. Please identify the source of this sound. It seems to be coming from some distance away. Downtown residents are critical to the vitality of the city. Please protect our quality of life.
