Poor Conditions of Property
760 Cummins Hwy, Mattapan, Ma, 02126
I’m writing to report a growing concern regarding trash accumulation around the dumpsters located at 760 Cummins Hwy and throughout the parking lot of this property. The amount of loose debris, and scattered waste has increased, and it’s having a negative impact on the surrounding community. This morning, I went out and picked up as much trash as I could in the street, but more debris has since blown into the street and onto neighboring properties. The situation is becoming increasingly difficult for residents to manage on their own. This ongoing issue is creating several problems, including: • Increased rodent activity and other pest concerns • unsanitary conditions • Reduced safety and health concerns • A decline in the appearance and cleanliness of the neighborhood We’re requesting that the area be serviced as soon as possible and that more consistent monitoring and cleanup be implemented to prevent this from continuing. Maintaining clean public spaces is essential to the health and well‑being of the community.
