    Parking in front of a Curb Cut. Charging an electric vehicle. 1- The cable is blocking the sidewalk. 2- There have been two police callouts 11.14 and 11.17 and they are persisting to not use one of the two garages for the purposes of charging. 3- They are narrowing a cul-de-sac and making it difficult for emergency vehicles to turn. 4- They are using a parking spot that is deeded for garage use.
