    Assuming that since the neighborhood saw the other red car reportex parking way past the curve, and nothing happened to it, others thought it was OK to park like that. These photos show you how this car (like there red one reported) blocks the entrance to the garage. This car is more than halfway past the curve. We almost hit it trying to get in. Again, PLEASE ticket these cars so they top parking in the curve or past the curve of our building!
