176 Ruthven St, Boston, MA 02121I am reporting an ongoing noise nuisance at 176 Ruthven Street. This address regularly blasts music on the back porch of the second floor that continue late into the night, disrupting the neighborhood’s ability to enjoy a peaceful home environment. This is a recurring, not isolated, problem. I’ll also note that there are many children living in the building, which makes the late-night loud music and activity even more concerning.
