    Illegal and dangerous parking. Keeps happening. Other neighbors are noticing as well and are posting about it online. Same two cars every time saving spaces for one another by parking incorrectly. It does not seem to be triggering them getting a parking ticket ever otherwise I think their behavior would have changed by now. This is a safety hazard.
