    Oh Boston!!! What is the point of declaring a snow emergency on a street to only not plow it!! You let cars park illegally on Northampton street and did not tow them and did not plow. Now we have 8 foot snow banks and the trash can’t even be collected bc it can’t be accessed. Please plow Northampton between shawmut and tremont
