20 Perrin St, Boston
Back entrance of 18 Perrin is blocked by garbage cans and pots with rocks. I keep moving them but someone keeps moving them back, I think it is owner of 20 Perrin Salomon Uchendu (617-438-2399). I am unable to get my bike or body through and it is really tough/heavy to keep moving everyday, it is making me late to work. I don't understand why but everytime I move them they are getting moved back, this is also our emergency exit path. Help
