    Noise complaint for central Westland Ave. It is slightly past 4am, and someone is currently blasting music so loudly I can hear it from the upper floors of the building I'm in, where I'm currently trying to sleep. Unsure what's happening and it is a Friday night, but there's no reason to be that loud!
