    I literally have no words….i can see ALL the empty cigarette cartons and cigarettes from the window. No one has resolved anything?! No one is asking for you to immediately get here and clean up - it’s ok if it’s tomorrow…just don’t close out the requests and LIE about taking care of it. This is so messed up. I’m going to send this to our city councilors if this continues. Thank you.
