    Rats have multiplied since my last attempt at help from the city 4 months ago. They are eating through barrels. Burrows are in All yards between Beryl St. and Hillock St. and underneath every porch - eating foundations. There are trails in the snow where we can see their very active travels. Can the city help at all?
