    A neighbor has been parking in two parking spaces for the past two weeks. Sometimes it’s this red car and other times it is a white car. The two neighbors are saving a diagonal space for each other basically. It creates a dangerous situation when another car tries to occupy one of the leftover half spaces sometimes.
