    Vehicles have been parked for over 2 hours in visitor parking no one has came out to distribute tickets . BTD actively drives in other areas around the clock but barely come on Parker street which has a pole that states 2 hour visitor parking . People go through the process of getting a resident sticker an still vehicles that don’t have a resident sticker park all day long an don’t get ticketed.
